1. Ƙididdigar ƙididdiga don diamita na rami na ciki na zaren extrusion tapping:

Formula: diamita na waje - 1/2 × farar haƙori

Misali 1: Formula: M3×0.5=3-(1/2×0.5)=2.75mm

M6×1.0=6-(1/2×1.0):5.5mm

Misali 2: Formula: M3×0.5=3-(0.5÷2)=2.75mm

M6×1.0=6-(1.0÷2):5.5mm

Misali 2: (3/16-32)

3/16×25.4=4.76 (Diamita na hakori)

25.4÷32=0.79 (nisa haƙori)

Sa'an nan 3/16-32 tuba zuwa metric hakora ya kamata: M4.76×0.79

3. Gabaɗaya dabarar juyar da haƙoran Biritaniya zuwa haƙoran awo:

Mai ƙididdigewa ÷ ƙididdiga × 25.4 = diamita na waje (daidai da na sama)

Misali 1: (3/8-24)

3÷8×25.4=9.525(diamita na waje)

25.4÷24=1.058

Sa'an nan 3/8-24 tuba zuwa metric hakora ya kamata: M9.525×1.058

4. Tsarin canza haƙoran Amurka zuwa haƙoran awo:

Misali: 6-32

6-32 (0.06+0.013)/ladi×6=0.138

0.138×25.4=3.505 ( waje diamita na hakori)

25.4÷32=0.635 (nisa haƙori)

Sa'an nan 6-32 tuba zuwa metric hakora ya zama: M3.505×0.635

Diamita na waje na hakori - 1/2 × farar haƙori ya kamata:

M3.505 -1/2×0.635=3.19

Sannan diamita na ciki na 6-32 yakamata ya zama 3.19

7. Zurfin diamita na waje (diamita na waje)

Diamita na waje ÷25.4× Farar haƙori = Diamita na waje kafin a yi ado

Misali: 4.1÷25.4×0.8 (farar fure)=0.13 Zurfin embossing ya zama 0.13

8. Dabarar jujjuya diagonal don kayan polygonal:

1. Square: diagonal diagonal × 1.414 = diagonal diagonal

2. Pentagon: Diagonal diagonal × 1.2361 = Diagonal diagonal

3. Hexagon: Diamita na bangarori dabam dabam × 1.1547 = Diamita na sasanninta

Formula 2: 1. Kusurwoyi huɗu: diagonal diagonal ÷ 0.71 = diagonal diagonal

2. Hexagon: diagonal diagonal ÷ 0.866 = diagonal diagonal

9. Kaurin kayan aiki (yankan wuka):

Material diamita ÷10+0.7 ƙimar tunani

10. Ƙididdigar tsarin taper:

Formula 1: (Babban diamita na kai - Ƙananan diamita) ÷ (2 × jimlar tsayin taper) = Digiri
